At Brookside Gallery and Framing, 114 W 63rd St., you can capture that special moment, piece of art or even your most precious keepsake in the most exceptional frames you’ll ever find. From the moment owner Sandra Neumann purchased the shop in 1992 from Bob Liepsner, she has considered every customer part of her family. “We care for our customers as if they are coming into our home,” shared Neumann. “We want the designing process to be fun and enriching.”
Congratulations to Shop Beautiful for operating at 320 W. 63rd St since 1936. The business was founded by sisters Alice Devasher and Dorothy Gangware as a high-end gift and antiques boutique. Sarah Douglas and her sister/business partner, Abbey Fields, have owned the business together since the death of their mother, Ruthelma Martin, in 2005. Ruthelma had bought the business in 1967.
