Brookside Christmas in the Park December 5, 2013 – 6:00 p.m.
The Brookside Business Association and more than 80 Brookside businesses prepare for the busy holiday season and welcome visitors from throughout the region. Celebrate the season on Thursday, December 5 at 6:00 p.m., when Brookside holds “Christmas in the Park.”
Loren Halifax from Channel 4 will emcee the event and conduct the drawings for wonderful gift certificates from area merchants, as well as the $100 Brookside gift card grand prize.
Come Celebrate with us! It is National Neighborhood Toy Store Day and we have a fabulous day planed for our favorite little Kansas Citians.We will have a schedule of events posted here soon but some of the fun you can expect can be found at 
Brookside will be alive with ghosts and goblins, pirates and princesses. Experience a safe, worry-free event as children enjoy treats from the Brookside merchants. This year trick-or-treaters will be joined by some special guests: Commerce Bank Panda, Cinderella, and Ariel
