Join us to celebrate 2020 Years of Brookside Luck, Saturday, March 16th at 2PM, in the historic Brookside Shopping District.
The annual Brookside parade takes the Saturday before St. Patrick's Day and kicks off a spirit-filled week celebrating St. Patrick's Day. The Brookside Business Association and the Brookside Community Improvement District sponsor the annual event which draws more than 100 organizations from around the metro representing groups and families of all ages. The fun, family-oriented event brings families, friends and neighbors together and is like an annual homecoming for many. Parade entries march, dance, walk and ride in a variety of vehicles from vintage fire trucks and classic cars, to floats and ornately decorated bikes, scooters and strollers. Whether you like bagpipes and Irish dancing, bands and drill teams, kids or dogs, the entrants, music and other festivities are sure to entertain all ages. It’s a once-a-year, one-of-a-kind event that you definitely don’t want to miss! So grab your green and come celebrate at the 2020 Brookside St. Patrick's Day Warm-Up Parade

Where: Brookside Shopping District and surrounding neighborhoods near 63rd and Brookside Plaza
Route: The parade begins at 65th and Wornall, heads north to 63rd, continues east on 63rd to Main, South to Meyer and heads West to end on Brookside Rd. Click here for map PDF.
Parking: Limited parking is available in various parking lots in and around central Brookside. Be prepared to park on a side street and walk to the parade route, take the public bus, or Uber/Lift to the event.
